2026 BINGO Cards
We are more than a resolution
I have never been a fan of New Year’s resolutions. They seem a little fleeting and even a little like a binge/purge scenario right after the holidays. I believe that any moment is the right time to begin again. Intention setting is a regular part of my daily life and often I set a little intention to focus on when I practice yoga (even if it is just for an hour or a quick distraction from my burning muscles). In addition to the daily goals, I strongly support the idea of setting long term goals; the beginning of the year is admittedly a great time to do it. Not just for making a resolution, but putting the image of the lifestyle you want into a visual format and exposing yourself to it every day.
In the past I have attended a few vision board parties in both work and informal settings. I knew that the success rate is higher when you get desires out of your mind and actually find a way to put them out into the universe. I wanted to share that with my friends, so I hosted a party a few years ago. So proud of these ladies for being vulnerable enough to share and for making their dreams come to life!
Vision Boards with Friends
This year, I came up with the idea that instead of updating our vision boards, I would share BINGO cards. It seemed like a fresh take on goal setting and a positive spin on the snarky concept of “I did not have that on my BINGO card” for the year. (How many times have we caught ourselves saying that over the last 5 years? Global pandemic, celebrities going to space, me leaving my corporate job and dedicating myself to my business full time, my mom getting diagnosed with and beating cancer again, etc.)
And we are all too familiar with the virtual meeting BINGO card…
So, I am happy to share my personal 2026 BINGO card with you in a vulnerable and open way. Putting my goals out into the world gives me the feeling of being held accountable in a fun way - since I don’t have pressure to perfectly fill out the entire card. I have also created a version for my business to interject some fun into work. Plus in the spirit of spreading the love, I made a blank version for anyone who feels inspired to fill in their own, print it, put it somewhere they can see it daily, and check off those boxes. Download the free card using the link below. It will magically appear in the cart as $0. Checkout and kindly join my newsletter email for good 2026 karma.
